To ensure a home away from home experience, we provide comprehensive amenities, including high-speed WiFi, fresh towels and bed linens, coffee and tea, and more. The house comes fully furnished with a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary dishware.

THE SPACE

The house has a vintage charm, but it has recently undergone renovations and now boasts brand new stainless steel appliances. Our living space is fully furnished, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It includes convenient amenities such as a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary dish and glassware. You'll also find a walkout to a charming backyard patio with a garden, as well as a designated parking spot.

Please be aware that the basement is also fully furnished and includes a separate washroom and laundry area. It's important to note that the basement has lower ceilings, which is typical for older homes in Toronto. The basement bedroom is recommended for individuals under 5'8", although anyone can stay there, as it offers a cozy and spacious atmosphere.

Located in the southern portion of South Riverdale, adjacent to the Port Lands, lies the vibrant neighborhood known as the "Studio District." This area is characterized by industrial warehouses along Lake Shore Avenue that are transformed into production studios. It is a popular residential choice for individuals working in the film and television industry, as they often find charming Victorian houses on the neighborhood's side streets. A notable arts hub has emerged around the intersection of Carlaw and Queen, where many artists opt to operate their studios from the versatile work-live lofts available in the area.
